🎯 提高结果的技巧

1. 添加你的目标分数

⚠️ AI分数的准确性如何？

AI分数对于跟踪进展是有用的，但并不是完美的预测。

根据我的经验

从审阅数百篇AI评分的论文中，我注意到AI倾向于给出比人类考官稍低的分数 — 通常低0.5个band。

为什么呢？AI比较谨慎。它标记了人类考官可能忽视或更宽松解释的潜在问题。人类能够理解你*想*说的内容；AI只能看到你*实际*写的内容。

这意味着：

• 如果AI给你6.5，人类可能会给你6.5-7.0
  
• 如果AI给你6.0，你可能在6.0-6.5范围内
  

如何明智地使用AI分数

这样做	不要这样做
跟踪随时间的改进	将AI分数视为精确预测
注意具体反馈，而不仅仅是数字	如果AI分数低于你的目标就慌张
用AI进行日常练习	在考试之前完全跳过人类反馈

结论： AI为每日练习提供有用反馈，并显示你需要改进的地方。但在你真正的考试之前，请让1-2篇论文由人类导师审阅 — 只是为了校准你的期望。
